What You’ll Do

• Develop and optimize pet food formulas aligned with FEDIAF/NRC nutritional standards.
• Track global trends in ingredients and processing technologies to inspire product innovation.
• Coordinate testing (e.g., digestibility, palatability), analyze outcomes, and adjust formulas accordingly.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers both in the Czech Republic and internationally.
• Collaborate with production, quality, procurement, and marketing teams to bring new products to market.
• Support sustainable packaging initiatives and contribute to the overall eco-friendly strategy.
• Provide technical input and documentation during product launches.

What You Bring

• Degree in animal nutrition, food technology, chemistry, veterinary science, or related field.
• Experience in product development (preferably in the pet food sector).
• Deep understanding of nutritional needs of dogs and cats.
• Analytical mindset and familiarity with spreadsheets, data analysis, and regulatory research.
• Fluent English (for communication with suppliers and global teams).
• Valid driving licence.
